Michael Hirsch has been a pioneer in introducing innovative, computer technology into the field of corporate, psycho-educational and military assessment. He developed a customized multimedia assessment for Sylvan Learning Systems which was subsequently utilized to test over 2 million children across the U.S. He recruited and spearheaded a massive development team of over 100 psychologists, medical professionals, statisticians, graphic artists, programmers, and Hollywood voice artists to create another breakthrough concept in multimedia-based assessment which was immediately utilized by top U.S. Intelligence agencies to make recruitment and selection decisions for life-and-death missions. This assessment earned Mr. Hirsch a total of 8 patents in the U.S., Israel, Australia, and Canada; Mr. Hirsch has 26 additional patents currently pending.
Mr. Hirsch has worked with some of the world's best corporate, military, and school psychologists and has coordinated the largest national standardization of any Cognitive Assessment Tool in the United States; this standardization included the testing of thousands of children in all 50 States of America - including Eskimos in Alaska and Native American Indians in Oklahoma. He recruited and closely worked with the Corporate Director of Assessment and Selection for AT&T, Dr. Jerard Kehoe, on the development of an innovative corporate assessment tool which has since been utilized by Fortune 500 companies in over 10 countries worldwide. Mr. Hirsch has been called upon to present to top executives of Fortune 500 companies including Apple, Google, The Gap, PriceWaterHouseCoopers (PwC), The Gallup Organization, AON, the FAA, Kmart, The Limited, and others. He has also been invited to present at highly prestigious and classified U.S. Intelligence Agencies with attendees from high-level military staff representing every branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. Mr. Michael Hirsch is currently President and CEO of Assessment Technologies.
